These Terms are entered into with Level UP. Mapsty is a digital product operated by Level UP. By using the Mapsty website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Effective date

April 29, 2026

1. Service and payments

Mapsty provides digital goods, including city maps, curated sets, bundles, and custom posters.

Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Checkout redirects to Paddle to complete payment; Mapsty receives instant confirmation and unlocks downloads after transaction completion.

2. Account

Access to purchases may require an account linked to an email address. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share account access with third parties.

3. License to use the product

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Mapsty products in personal and commercial projects according to the purchased license tier. View full terms at /license and open data terms at /data-licenses.

Personal License

Permits personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use in client work, paid work or business operations is not allowed.

Commercial License

Permits use in commercial projects, including client work, websites, marketing materials and other end products. Delivering the source files as a standalone digital asset is not allowed.

Extended Commercial License

Includes Commercial License rights and covers broader commercial and multi-project end-use scenarios. Distributing the source files as a standalone product remains prohibited.

4. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense Mapsty maps, sets or bundles as standalone digital assets.

  • You may not present the product as your own original creation.
  • You may not publish the source files in public repositories or open libraries.
  • You may not use the product in violation of applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in Mapsty, its brand, content and source materials belong to Level UP and/or the relevant rights holders. A purchase grants a license to use the product and does not transfer copyright.

6. Service updates and termination

We may update, modify or improve the service when needed for operation, security or product development.

We may limit or terminate access in cases of breach of these Terms, abuse or unlawful use.
