All map geometries, road networks, building boundaries, bodies of water, and administrative borders rendered in Mapsty products are derived from OpenStreetMap (OSM) data.
OpenStreetMap is open data, licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF).
Under Section 4.3 of the ODbL, rendered images, raster graphics, wall posters, and visual cartographic artworks created from OSM data constitute Produced Works.

The underlying facts, coordinates, road hierarchy, and geographic feature tags remain under the Open Database License. We do not claim proprietary database ownership over factual geographic data.
Governed by Mapsty License
Graphic color palettes, line weights, visual hierarchy, typography selections, framing, and poster compositions are proprietary creative assets of Level UP / Mapsty, licensed under our commercial terms.
When publishing, broadcasting, or publicly distributing works containing Mapsty maps, you must preserve the following attribution:
For printed posters, the attribution text is incorporated directly into the default poster margins and framing designs. For digital web usage, a legible link to openstreetmap.org/copyright must be provided where feasible.
